HR Expert & Job Application Coach   

Since 2013, I have worked in various HR functions in the area of personnel and organisational development and as an HR business partner in the pharmaceutical, automotive and industrial consumer goods sectors. My extensive experience in HR enables me to provide targeted support to scientific professionals in their transition to the labour market outside of university research. My goal is to help scientists successfully enter new professional environments and realise their full potential outside the academic world.

Lecturer & Trainer   

I have been a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences since 2018. As part of these teaching assignments, I focus on the topics of personnel management/human resource management & intercultural management and have given around 30 different lectures on these topics over the past few years. I organise my lectures interactively and in direct exchange with the students. The transfer from theory to practice is particularly important to me.

Systemic Organizational Trainer   

As a HR Business Partner & Systemic Organizational Developer in a managing position, I support specialists and managers in HR-specific matters: I coach specialists and managers at various hierarchical levels, help them with application and personnel selection processes and a sustainable composition within their (new) teams. I have completed training and further education at the Institute for Systemic Counselling (isb) in Walldorf-Wiesloch and at the Helm-Stierlin Institute (hsi) in Heidelberg.
